Are you planning a DIY wedding? If so, you need Beth. No, absolutely, you need her if you want to feel relaxed on your wedding day and able to take it all in, while knowing that absolutely everything is in hand. You will also make a friend in the process - it was amazing to have Beth by our side as we went through what could have been quite a stressful process. We first met Beth about a year and a half out from our June 2024 wedding and we instantly got on so well. We had a pretty clear idea for the theme and location, but really felt we needed help in making it all a reality: finding the right suppliers, knowing where to save and where to splurge and in thinking of all the little details that make the day run seamlessly. Beth went above and beyond for us from the start, working with us throughout the process to make sure everything was as we wanted. Beth has a vast network in the wedding and hospitality industry and made sure our suppliers matched our vibe and budget. Many of our guests commented that the ceremony and food were some of the best they’d ever experienced at weddings and these were both suppliers that Beth recommended. If you’re concerned about the cost of having a wedding planner – don’t be. Beth helped us save money across the board, so our overall budget didn’t change, but we had complete peace of mind throughout the process. Where Beth really comes into her own is during a crisis! We had a few, none of them Beth’s fault, just to be clear! On each occasion Beth already had a Plan B (and C!) ready to go, or she had already solved the issue. From having to change our ceremony location due to a rogue BMX festival (no, really…) to sorting a new stage a day before the wedding when a supplier wasn’t able to deliver due to personal circumstances, Beth got it sorted. She even drove halfway to Liverpool the morning before the wedding to source us a new free lindr machine (you need this to pour beer) because the one at our venue had the wrong connectors for the kegs we bought. I can’t imagine how stressed out we would have been if it had been up to us to find a crucial piece of specialist equipment less than 24 hours before the wedding, but it was all fine due to Beth’s ingenuity and tenacity. Thanks to Beth, we had happy guests, drinks flowing, seamless service and a day that we’ll look back on with so much joy for the rest of our lives. Beth was so super helpful when I was planning my wedding. With two small children, a partner working overseas and trips here there and everywhere it was impossible for me to plan the finer details and how the day would be coordinated by myself! Beth has so much experience in the service industry, she helped me figure out how to find good suppliers, work out exactly what we needed at what time and pull all the strings together so that the day went off without a single hitch! A DIY tipi wedding was a huge undertaking and Beth had it all figured out - each supplier worked briliantly with one another. Beth even helped me decorate the tipis and clear down the following day. We hired Beth to coordinate our wedding back in July, and were absolutely blown away with the effort she put in and the experience that she brought. We had quite a clear vision for our day and had already booked some suppliers, so we wanted a coordinator who could make it all happen and tie everything together for us. Beth was there at every step of the way suggesting extra suppliers, taking out all of the admin work, and above all executing everything on the actual day. She really had our best interests in mind the whole time and, not only did we absolutely love everything about our wedding day, we genuinely enjoyed the planning process, too. You’ll be hard pushed to find someone more dedicated to doing a great job than Beth. Wish we could do it all over again!

Honestly, Beth was amazing. Getting her on board was the best decision we made in planning our wedding.

We had Beth as our on the day coordinator. Our wedding was ambitious; three venues, three outfits, over 20 suppliers, lots of DIY bits and over 200 guests. Thanks to Beth, we felt looked after, fully supported, and given the space we needed to appreciate and enjoy the day. It was an intimidating day, but having Beth in our corner calmed the nerves and meant we could be properly present in each moment. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, Beth took care of it all behind the scenes and it ran like clockwork. In the run up to the wedding the planning sessions were amazingly thorough, ensuring every part of the day was properly thought through and would run smoothly. Beth became the single point of contact for all our suppliers, which was huge for us. It removed an enormous amount of stress and helped catch some mistakes we’d made while making the bookings! Beth was also super flexible and understanding, agreeing to start working with us 2 weeks earlier than planned, listening to our slightly madder ideas, as well as handling last minute panicked requests with ease.

If you are having a less than traditional wedding, and are undecided about whether you need an on-the-day coordinator, we cannot recommend Beth’s services enough. Beth’s event management experience was so so valuable, she thought of so many details that would never have occurred to us and we now laugh about how the day would have ended up if we’d attempted to manage it ourselves. You don’t want to have all the ingredients for the best day of your life, and then spend the day itself worrying about transport, suppliers, guests or timings!

Beth genuinely loves her job and honestly cannot do enough to ensure your day is perfect for you – she sends you updates and queries throughout the whole process. She has great attention to detail and, by working with your suppliers puts together an amazing day. Beth also deals with all your suppliers queries (different times depending on which package you decide to book) and all you have to do is pay! I’ve always been put off wedding fairs as they seem very corporate and a bit dull. I was drawn to this event as it seemed to give off the right kind of spark that I love.
