We’ll have a pre-wedding handover meeting where we go through everything together — your plans, timings, suppliers, setup, running order, the little details and anything you’re worried might go spectacularly wrong.

Then, on the day itself, I’m there from start to finish.

I become the main point of contact for your suppliers, venue and anyone else who needs to know what’s happening, so you don’t have to. I’ll manage the timeline, keep everything moving, deal with the inevitable little surprises and make sure your plans actually happen.

I can also take care of reasonable decor setup, collection and drop-off where needed, so you’re not spending your wedding morning putting out candles or chasing a florist around a car park.

Six weeks out, I take the lot off your plate.

The wedding is getting close. The suppliers are booked. The big decisions are made.

Now is usually when the emails start multiplying.

This is where I step in.

From six weeks before your wedding, I take over communication with your suppliers and become the person making sure everyone knows exactly what they’re doing, where they need to be and when they need to be there.

I’ll pull all the moving parts together, create and manage your supplier timings, coordinate the logistics and make sure the plans you’ve spent months putting together actually work as one cohesive day.

And then, when the wedding arrives, I’m there from start to finish.

I’ll manage suppliers, oversee the setup, keep the day running to plan, deal with questions and problems, coordinate the moving parts and act as your point of contact throughout.

The result?

Six weeks before your wedding, you stop being the project manager.

You hand it over to me.

And you get to enjoy the bit you’ve actually been planning all this time and relax in the run up.

From the first idea to waving everyone goodbye.

This is the whole thing.

Full wedding planning is for couples who want someone properly in their corner from the beginning — someone to take all the ideas, decisions, logistics and increasingly terrifying spreadsheets and turn them into an actual wedding.

We start with your vision, your priorities and your budget. From there, I help you build the entire day from the ground up.

That can mean finding and assessing venues, shaping the overall concept, recommending and sourcing suppliers, reviewing quotes, helping you make decisions, keeping track of the budget and knowing when something is worth spending money on — and when it really fucking isn’t.

I’ll guide you through the big decisions and the small ones, from your invitations and guest journey through to catering, drinks, entertainment, styling, transport, accommodation, timings and everything else that sits between “we’re getting married” and “how the hell are we actually going to make all of this happen?”

There are multiple site visits throughout the planning process, supplier communication and coordination, ongoing advice, practical solutions and plenty of experience to draw on when you’re faced with a decision you simply don’t know how to make.

I can also use my industry knowledge to help you access supplier recommendations, potential discounts and better-value options where available.

As the wedding gets closer, I bring everything together. Suppliers are briefed, timings are coordinated, logistics are checked and the entire day is pulled into one workable plan.

Then I’m there on the wedding day itself, from setup through to the point where the last job is done and you’re finally waving everyone off to go on honeymoon.

You don’t have to become an event manager for your own wedding.
